On January 6th I had the lap band done. As of March 26th I weigh 441lbs. I was up to 514lbs at one point this summer and before the diet for the operation I was at 504lbs. When I last weighed myself I was at 441lbs., and lost 63lbs. I'm going in today to get more fluid added to my lap band and weight in again.

I was doing real well with the diet up until I returned to work. Now that I'm working it's gotten a lot more difficult to stick to it. Especially since I'm living out of motels all week long while away for work. I know I'm not getting nearly enough vegetables and fruits. Have been sticking mainly to canned tuna and sliced chicken or turkey breast.

I'm also needing to really workout a lot more. I was walking a half hour every other day and now I'm barely doing that. I got on this crew because I though I'd be able to workout every night after work but I'm in a part of Nebraska (soon to be Wyoming) where there are not many places to go workout. Granted I could still go for walks, and I need to get my lazy butt back into that.

After this weekend I need to really start strength training though too. I went to an arm wrestling event in St. Joseph, MO and got my ass handed to me. The only person I beat the entire day was my brother whom I basically dragged along for the ride. I drove from the Nebraska/Wyoming state line to Scotia, NE, slept for four hours, and then drove the rest of the way across Nebraska and went to the event. Felt real week and tired all day long. I'm worried it might be something to do with the lap band, I've felt week a lot off and on the last few weeks. One of the reasons I've not really felt like going to workout.

No matter what I need to get some kind of system figured out where I can get in a grove. I need to get the weight off and get back into shape. Need to get back into a place where I'm competitive in sports again too. I hate felling this pathetic and like a fucking looser!
